Now the fight is escalating to remove our police protection against rioters. Gov. Brown created a $Multi-Billion budget shortfall and has called a special session (closed to the public) to defund law enforcement on August 10.

Where are our GOP leaders? Rather than supporting law and order, they feebly suggest moving the Portland Federal Courthouse out of Portland!
Oh, and they wrote a letter. Wow.

House Republican Leader Christine Drazan and Senate Republican Leader Fred Girod did mention that “Oregonians were locked out of the process.”

Now is the time for our Oregon Republican Party to act boldly or be identified as a cowards, phonies or saboteurs.
And we ordinary folks must go to the Salem for the special session to stand up for our human rights with our physical presence on the state capitol steps. And don't miss the rally on Saturday.
Thank goodness there's at least one Republican candidate who is authentic, qualified and empassioned, our future US Senator Jo Rae Perkins! She puts the anti-populists to shame.
And future Representative Alek Skarlatos is already a star.
